Summary – In this book, actress and comedian Miranda Hart, takes us on a journey through her own mind during her journey from illness to recovery. She is plain and candid about her mental health and the coping mechanisms she has used. Part Autobiography and part Self-Help Manual, this book had me staying up late at night to finish
it.
The chapters are well written and knowledgeable without belittling or apologising. Introducing her ‘Treasures’, Miranda researches experts to help explain her recovery and new way of thinking.
Rating & Why – I wanted more!
I was intrigued by her journey and grateful for her honesty. I would give this book five stars. *****
